2 Mbits x25 in 3640

I have an 3640 router "IOS (tm) 3600 Software (C3640-I-M), Version 12.1(5)T",

I use it to interconnect many different other router by using x25 circuit, the problem is when I augment a debit to 2 Mbits the interface is down, but with a 1700 router the interface is up with the same configuration

I'm not too sure if I understand what you are trying to say. However, I was unable to find any bugs that talk about the 3640's interface shutting down when x25 is configured. If i were you, and if I was 100 percent sure of the correctness of the config, I would save my config and reload. It just might work.

What Network Module are you using for the serial interface? If it is an NM-8A/S, then it is only specified up to 256 Kbps.
