2610XM w/1 port T1 DSU/CSU WIC

I am having difficulties configuring my new 2610XM. Although there is no error message, it won't hold the framing and linecode commands. I don't have the exact configuration in front of me, but it's like:

serial 0/0

ip address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

service-module t1 timeslots 1-24

service-module t1 clock internal (the second card is line)

encapsulation ppp

fair-que

no shut

It is almost like it doesn't recognize the internal DSU/CSU. What am I missing? And thanks!

What framing and Linecode parameters are you trying to set. The default values are not displayed in the running configs. Default is linecode ami and framing sf. If you are changing it to b8zs and esf, you should be able to see them on the running configs.

framing esf, linecode b8zs. They never show up in the running config. I'm pretty sure this card is supported on the 2610XM.
