2x ADSL WIC to aggregate bandwidth

I have a 1720 router with 2xADSL WIC.

In order to achieve 1mbps throughput, how do i bundle both cards?

Both i am using aal5snap ppp dialer as encapsulation.

So in other words, the global address i am getting on both interfaces are dynamically assigned.

Do i also need IP/ADSL Plus feature set?

PPP multilink support for ATM is available which you can find in the following document. See if this is possible in your scenario.
