3600 show 32MB PCMCIA flash card as 0Kb

I try to use 32MB CompactFlash card with PCMCIA adapter for Cisco3662/3640, cisco detects this card, but show that it's size - 0Kb. It doesn't permit do "erase slot0:", "squ slot0:" and other commands. Is it hardware incompatibility or may be i should do something with that flash card before use it? (I tryed this card with digital camera and it works with it).
