I have a 3640 router with 81920/16384K of memory, this router has the IOS 12.0(7)XK3, I want to upgrade to 12.3, but this require 96/32 of memory.
My question is, I need to replace all memory in this equiment or I can add only the memory need to reach 96/32?

The only valid config for 96Mb is 2x 32 plus 2x 16.
You will have to replace 2 x 16Mb DRAM by 32Mb modules.
With the flash, according to Murphy's law you will probably need 2 x 16Mb to replace 2 x 8Mb.
There is a slight chance that you can just add 1 x 16Mb but I wouldn't count on it.
