Are you still having this issue?
If so I can suggest two options that may help you.
1. Non-upgrade option.
Try issuing the following commands during an approved maintenance window when this problem is happening.
-clear ip http client cache all
-show tcp brief
- clear respective tcp tcb # & observe results, (see if the HTTP process spikes again).
- try disabling http/https (if allowed & not needed) otherwise
-try a reload
2. Upgrade switch code to a newer version
You may have hit a potential software defect
