3750 Switches used in IP Telephony Design - CCIEs please respond ASAP

Ok here is what I've got. I would like CCIEs and LAN gurus to respond. I have a switch stack using the stackwise cables with 5 switches in the stack. I am deploying this for a IPT Rollout. All calls will be out the PSTN so not a VOIP solution. OK here is where I need you guys to respond - I have enabled AUTO QOS on each interface to trust the phone, except the port going to the router. My mgmt is wanting to place each phone and PC on its own port instead of plugging in the PC in the back of the phone. I want to know with auto qos enabled and trusting the phone whether or not I really need to purchase more switches in order to satisfy mgmt with each PC and Phone having its own switchport. If I got with Mgmts idea I will have to order something like 4 more switches. If I go with my idea I have to order none saving the company money. We would then plug all PC into the back of the phone. Please let me know what all of you think on this. Thanks again! Brandon

I can post partial configs if needed.

Campus LAN infrastructure design is extremely important for proper IP telephony operation on a converged network. Proper LAN infrastructure design requires following basic configuration and design best practices for deploying a highly available network. Further, proper LAN infrastructure design requires deploying end-to-end QoS on the network. The following sections discuss these requirements:

LAN Design for High Availability

LAN Quality of Service (QoS)
