6509 Memory commands Request

On a Catalyst 6509, please let me know the commands to find the RAM on each of the following?

1)Catalyst 6000 supervisor 2 (WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE)

2)Policy Feature Card 2 (WS-F6K-PFC2)

3)Cat6k MSFC 2 daughterboard (WS-F6K-MSFC2)
