700 series router config

Any idea how to config the 700 series ISDN router not to call the ISP when the PC boots up? Perhaps I need to disable the Bridge mode? There is only one PC using the isdn router connected via ethernet and each time the PC is started, the router makes a connection to the ISP - this is costly and annoying.

Also, I would like to make the 700 series router automatically connect both isdn channels vice having to manually select them.
