7206 and PS strange message log

I received these message from a 7206:

Oct 3 14:47:04: %ENVM-6-PSLEV: Power Supply 1 state changed from shutdown to normal

Oct 4 09:52:00: %ENVM-6-PSLEV: Power Supply 1 state changed from shutdown to normal

but no one about the changed from normal to shutdown, why ?

You might have a bad power supply. Do you get:

Power Supply 1 state changed from normal to shutdown

Power Supply 1 state changed from shutdown to normal

repeatedly or is this just a one time thing?
