We're seeing all PVC's drop and then reappear in less than a minute on our frame-relay T3. Verizon is seeing the T3 drop also, but can't find a problem - they've tested up to the demarc, and everything appears to be fine (so they say - we've all been here before, haven't we??) Is there a way we can test the T3 interface in our 7206 to prove that the interface is or is not a part of the problem. Interface statistics appear fine, but the PVC's keep changing...very high carrier transition count looks suspect and points to Verizon.
Any comments?

What code are you running. We have run it to problems with the DS3 port adapters and carrier transitions.
Do you see any errors on the CSU ?
