If and how are this configurations used? Actual is the configuration at the NVM-ram running. Exist a description about the handling of this?

Hello,

on your router, both device managers — CRWS (Cisco Router Web Setup Tool) and SDM (Security Decice Manager) — come preinstalled, but only one of these two applications can be active at a time. CRWS will be the active device manager by default, but SDM can be specified to be the active device manager when the router order is placed.

On Cisco 836 and 837 routers, the file IPCPSubnet.cfg will also appear in the show webflash: output if CRWS is installed on the router, but since you are saying you are using an 820 (which one ?), I am not sure if this applies.

Tanks. We are tree SE's each use a different type.

My one is 826, the 2nd use 827, and the newest use 836. We all tree use large routers, but the small ones are new for us. And we like to find out how to use the difference of classic CLI and the HTTP surface.
