A way to control telnet sesssions from both 2 directions of router !

I have a private LAN placing behind a PIX firewall that is connected to a router Cisco 3640. I want to block any telnet sessions to my router through its serial interface 0/0 but others from its fast ethernet interface. I've understood that it's easy to block such telnet sessions from serial0/0 of my router but what will be happened with the above requirement ?

Sure. You can apply the same access-list to FE0.
