I have two core switch, 4006-s2 with L3 module and 4006-s3, can I config this two switch with HSRP for the access switch,just like 3548....

SUPIII release notes indicate that it supports HSRP:

The L3 module also supports HSRP:

So, you can configure HSRP between the SUPIII and a L3 modules both in different chassis.
