RSP720, I believe is like the sup720 providing single 16 Gbps (duplex) bus, dual 8 Gbps (duplex) fabric and dual 20 Gbps (duplex) fabric (dual 20 Gbps not available in all slots on a 6513/7613).
The 6724 only has a single 20 Gbps fabric connection. (The 6748 has dual 20.) The two ES cards have dual 20 Gbps fabric connections.
