ACL Seq #'s AND the remark keyword

Hello there,

We are currently reviewing a number of ACLs and moving them to utilise sequence numbers. The issue we have is that whilst it is possible to sequence the "permit" and "deny" statement you cannot sequence any "remark" statements. Thus if you wish to modify the ACL its easy to insert a new entry in the right spot using seq #'s however the ACL will still need to be manually re-ordered to place the remark in the correct place, since it cannot be sequenced.

Is there a way around this quirk?

Never mind, I've answered my own questions - if you enter the remark *first* followed by the new clause (with sequence number) the router automatically places the remark in the right spot. (i.e. the line above the new ACL entry)
