Hi Everyone !
Sorry to ask but I am new to Cisco.
I recently had an issue regarding on our router that ACT and SYS LED turn off and cause the network down. Can someone explain to me the cause and solution to resolve this issue ?
Cause after it happen I just restart the router and works and after I search the problem stated " No packet transfers are occurring" "The router CPU is not operating."
Please I really need you help

I recently had an issue regarding on our router that ACT and SYS LED turn off and cause the network down.
This description is not sufficient other than it's telling me the router has crashed. Someone needs to console into the router and do initial troubleshooting.

thank you for suggestion, We did check the log but nothing came out .. . but let me try to capture the log and paste it in here
