I need some information on ADSL backup to lease line. If anyone come across or configured such kind of setup, please give me some idea and support.

Since an ADSL line is always-on, i would presume that you would just have to run a routing protocol over both lines and configure the cost of the leased line less than the ADSL line....

I use DSL as my backup network. I have 23 sites with internet connections, I run IPSEC GRE tunnels with EIGRP in a any to any config. It works well & very cheap.
