Anyconnect license on ASA 5510 box

Hi ,

I have cisco ASA 5510 box serving as SSL VPN device for remote users.

Currently I have security plus device license and 100 AnyConnect Premium Peers allowed.

I like to extend my Anyconnect Premium Peers as number of my remote users are increasing.

In that case, how can I extend my license so that more Anyconnect users are allowed? Any downtime, reoad needed to upgrade the license?

Simply purchase the additional license which entitles you an activation key. Applying the activation key requires no downtime per se though a reload is recommended at some point to both make it permanent and ensure it has been properly recognized.

Note - If you have an HA pair, there are considerations re what ASA software you are running if you need to share the licenses across the pair.
