as5400 televideo 950

We're having issues with folks dialing into the AS5400 and using televideo. The tab key does not work but when I do it manually (ctrl i) it works. Also, the keymap that we are using is televideo 925 because we couldn't find the 950 keymap. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
