ASA 5512-x Failover

Hi guy, I am still not clearly about license requirement if we fancy to configure failover on asa 5512-x. 
I know literally we have to buy security plus license. however, I am wondering we have to buy security
plus license on both units or merely buy for Primary Unit. So if the primary down, the secondary can 
inherit license from Primary Unit (my opinion). Please give me the correct answer. Thank in advance.

Hi Pechdara,

For you to configure your 5512-x failover you will need to purchase security plus license for each of you ASA's. Once the main ASA shuts down, configurations will automatically be moved to the fail-over ASA that you have initially setup.
