Sorry for the dumb question.
I have a network I am working on and they have a core router with several ATM CBR t1's going out to all of the remote locations.
Comming from the core going to the remote they are experenciening perodic burst of traffic as much as 90 to 100 % of the link for a short period of time.
I have some ideas on how to begin troubleshooting this, but wanted to see if anybody has any feedback or good advice on how to find out what is causing this traffic to burst.
The only network management program they are using is MRTG.
