This depends on your logosize of course, typical logos aren't bigger than 10kb.
Assuming the following facts, you get 5kbyte/s more bandwidth to your webserver.
2000 phones starting up withing 3 hours (between 7 and 10 am), 500 phones during the first hour, 500 phones during the last hour, and 1000 phones remaining for 8am to 9am, giving about one phone per 3 seconds.
That's 10kb per 3 seconds, including overhead and optimistic headroom leads to 5kbyte/s.
Shouldn't be a problem :)
