BBSM and Macintosh issues

Greetings,

I currently have a BBSM network at a hotel. They are having problems with Macintosh ONLY connecting to the network. On their computer, the "Connect" button is greyed out.

There are no issues with PC's in the same room on the same port.

Any ideas?

I would check the Appletalk protocol services. I think that the service is not being advertised to their computers. Make sure your apple talk network configuration on the routers are OK.
