booting problem

i have cisco 2000 router and its not booting at all

i mean the router> prompt doesnot comeup at all

can somebody help me please asap.

Do you have LEDs (interface) on ? Did you check the cables/connectors used to access the router ?? Do you see any messages on the console ?

What type router is that? 2500, 2600

How are you connecting to the router (console, Telnet)?.

If is console, you may have problems with your setting.
