Configuring an etherchannel across 2 switch fabric enabled cards with DFCs is not supported until 12.1(13)E code.

With a PFC2 and with DFCs, you cannot configure Layer 2 EtherChannels that include interfaces on different DFC-equipped switching modules. This problem is resolved in Release 12.1(13)E. (CSCdt27074)
