There is a really good set of MIB documentation in the TAC starting at http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/Support/browse/psp_view.pl?p=Technologies:SNMP&viewall=true

But one of the best tools for finding out about MIBs is the SNMP Object navigator http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseOID.do?local=en It will tells you what the object means, and which images support it.
