cat 6500 with 2 nos of Sup1A

I have 2 nos of Sup1A in my cat6500 in Slot 1 and Slot2. Slot 1 active and Slot 2 Standby.i can access slot1 through console port and cannot access slot2 through console port.

As we all know only the active one will give the to console port.

Is there any way we can get access to the console port of the standby sup card.
