Cat6509 with "AAL5-3-INTERNAL_ERROR" error message

Hello, My name is jado ku.

Current spec of Catalyst6509 is following list.

-Chassis W/1300W AC Power

-1300W AC Power Supply

-Catalyst6000 Sup. Engine1-A, 2GE, Plus MSFC2&PFC

-Catalyst6000 MSFC2 IOS Enterprise

-Catalyst6000 8Port Gigabit Ethernet Module

-1000Base-SX "Short Wavelenght" GBIC

Additional, EIGRP enable on msm of Catalyst6509 4ea.

Some time ago Power reset, Then one of Catalyst6509 4ea display follow like error message.

Current all Catalyst6509 not occur like above error message.

All Catalyst6509 have no ATM Interface.

use command show version on msm ==> 12.0(1a)WX5(6g).

Is this a Cisco IOS software bug?

What means this message? and the present state?

How will it affect Network? and I need the troublshooting guide?

Could you please let me know how to resolve this problem?

Regarding to Multilayer Switch Module and Cisco IOS 12.0, I've found next information about such error message:

The MSM supports up to 2,500 routes and 25 Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) neighbors. Reducing the number of neighbors allows you to increase the number of routes and decreasing the number of routes allows you to increase the number of neighbors. Using EIGRP with larger numbers of routes and neighbors might cause high CPU utilization. High CPU utilization may cause the MSM to lose routes and EIGRP neighbors. Specific problems related to large numbers of routes and neighbors are as follows:

If the number of neighbors goes beyond 25 while keeping the number of routing entries the same (2500), the following message might display:

%AAL5-3-INTERNAL_ERROR: No more big aal5 pkts

Just check if you have such number of neighbors and routes.
