cbwfq shaping and subinterfaces

On 7206vxr, with IOS 12.1(5)T7 on a fastethernet with subinterfaces I have service policy that shapes the outgoing trafic, but shaping fails, it worked fine when the interface had't subinterfaces, but now classes match packets but shaping is not active, althou the limit is passed.

if i don't put the service-policy on that interface, shaping on other interfaces works but if I put it shaping on all interfaces cease to work.

Anyone has any ideas?
