Hi all 

now i'm CCNP R&S will expire after 2 years, and now i want to start preparing for  CCNP SP

anyone know if i can take the exam without CCNA SP??

There are no restrictions on taking the exam (unless you just took the same exam recently).

actually i'm not took the exam before but one of my friend told i can take CCNP SP exam without CCNA SP

You're friend is correct, you can just go and sit the exam.  To the best of my knowledge it is a pre-requisite to have CCNA SP to get a CCNP SP - but you can still sit the exam, you just wont meet the pre-requisite for getting the qualification.
