Cisco 1712 NAT problem

I just configured the Cisco 1712. It seems everything is fine but the package cannot be NAT from the outside to inside. When I try do the clear arp, it seems work but it will fail after 1 minutes.

Thanks for your response. I check the tech. note. My configure is fine but there is something happened on the outside to inside. It can work around 3-5 minutes. After that it cannot be done any translation unless I clear the arp, clear arp.

Even I just do the simple NAT example from the tech note. There is the same. I need use clear arp command. It will work again. Please advice.

I fixed the problem anyway. Just upgrade IOS from 12.3(7)XR3 to 12.3(14)T3. Thanks.
