Hello,
I have setup a Terminalserver Cisco 1841 + HWIC-8A and need to configure serveral devices a day. But I have a major problem which I can not solve by myself.
While bootup a 28xx or 29xx isr router the bootprocess looks fine but then it stops at this position.
*Jul 31 17:37:08 BST: %CRYPTO-6-ISAKMP_ON_OFF: ISAKMP is OFF
*Jul 31 17:37:08 BST: %CRYPTO-6-GDOI_ON_OFF: GDOI is OFF
*Jul 31 17:37:08 BST: %CRYPTO-6-ISAKMP_ON_OFF: ISAKMP is OFF
*Jul 31 17:37:08 BST: %CRYPTO-6-GDOI_ON_OFF: GDOI is OFF
Hit return does not have any impact. The session is dead.
My workaround until now is to disconnect and reconnect to the serial line. After the reconnect everthing works fine, but it is exhausting.
This error only occur on cisco routers , switches looks fine.
The intesting part. I found several user which have the same problem.
