Which one is accurate? The show clock? or the timestamps from show log? If you have configured the clocking locally,and have the right timezone and summertime set, then go to global configuration and enter the following:
service timestamps log datetime msec localtime
See if the times are in sync thereafter. Let me know otherwise.
