Cisco 3662 router crashes

hi:

mi router 3662 is crashing . The system error message is "System returned to ROM by bus error at PC 0x60BA2980, address 0xDEE37B6C".

The mem address given in the message isn't in the memory map nor the show region command. So, I can't realize the error nature, software or hardware one.

Can you help me?
