Cisco 678 RMON mode commands

CBOS image is corrupted and I need backup current configuration.

I try copy configuration file from 678 to computer

using Xmodem file transfer. I found document how to download files in RMON mode. but I can't find any command reference other commands exam. dc ??? How I can do that ?
