I'm looking on purchasing a Cisco router that will support 4 ADSL lines. Also, the router needs to be able to do MAC authentication. Will the Cisco 3745 router be able to provide this? Or is there another model that will work best? If anyone knows, please respond.
Thanks in advance.

Keeping in mind that hardware config is not my strong point :) I think if you get a pair of NM-2W modules

and then throw 4 of the WIC-1ADSL cards in the NM-2W

This should get you what you need. I know the 3745 can handle this. I didn't see a better way to do 4 ADSL lines on one router right off the bat so someone else out there may have a better solution.
Hope this helps.

2600XM series with one NM-2W and 4 x WIC-1ADSL should do it too at a much lower cost.
Mac authentication is an IOS facility as part of support for 802.1x. "Release 12.3(4)T will support 802.1x on all routers with cryptography support intended for home, small/branch office, and medium-sized office applications" see http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tk618/technologies_white_paper09186a00801ea5a9.shtml
As such it is available on routers as humble as the 800 series.
Hope this helps, Jason
