I have intermediate knowledge in Cisco VOIP and Collaboration platform.
Recently i have procured Cisco ATA 190 device to facilitate FAX service on our by using Cisco UCM on our existing SIP Trunk.
Since my ISR Router doesn't have FXO/FXS module to have Analog lines, so we have installed Cisco ATA 190 and its registered with Call manager, we are able to dial to extension from internal extension and external numbers too.
However, when i do Fax test on the Fax device, its getting test unsuccessful!!.
Can anyone could help me to fix the problem, I would like to know is it possible to have FAX service over SIP Trunk, will it enable to default from SIP Provider ?
Is there any other setting to with call manger other than above ?
