cisco config maker question

Tried to use Cisco config maker v2.5.1 to configure a 2611 router with 2 serial sync/async in its two wan slots,the sync/asyn cards are connected to modems for dial-in users,users should be assigned an IP address from a pool,cisco config maker only asks for the start address of the pool and then when it completes the configuration it will assign the same start and end ip addres for the pool for each card,any suggestions?

I don't care much for config maker for this very type of reason. Don't care too much for Router Software Loader (RSL) either but it does seem to be a little more functional. If you are dead set against using CLI, RSL is the only other free option that I know of.
