Cisco CSS load balancer question

Folks,

I know I am asking something on a old product but just looking out if someone can still help.

We have some machines behind a Cisco CSS load balancer which can ping to the outside world but cannot trace or telnet to any other device. I was wondering if I need to do any setting in the CSS to allow this.

Any number of things could block traceroute and telnet. Most common would be an access list on the CSS (assuming it is the default gateway for your servers).

Can you share the CSS configuration?
