Cisco SG250-08 switch loop issue

I'm currently having an issue with my Cisco SG250-08 switch, when I power it on the ports light up for 1-2 seconds then the system light flashes 8 times. And does this continuously, tried resetting it and no luck, changed power to a known good one, plugged in to one of the ports and nothing.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Reset to factory and do the quick setup :
