Cisco View : Problem ..Cannot Restore Device List,Cannot retrive Addlet cmd

while accessing the cisco view i am getting messages "Cannot Restore Device List,Cannot retrive Addlet command, and i cannot able to see any device in cisco view aftering entering the ip of device.i am using java plug-in 1.3.1.

Hi,

Try restarting the Ciscoworks Server and then access Ciscoview. I guess that would solve your problem.

i tried restart but its the same,everyime when i am trying its telling me to relogin.but from the server itself i can work but not from my machine.
