Two cisco2924XL, say sw1 and sw2. port2 of sw1 connects to port1 of sw2. port2 of sw1 experiences down/up every couple of days. Checking the statistics shows that port2 of sw1 has 15312 FCS errors, while port1 of sw2 has 103584 Late collisions. It looks like an autonegotiation mismatch. However, checking the port settings shows that both ports are auto-sensed at full duplex and 100Mbps.
Could anyone explain what's wrong?
