Ciscowork

Our company gonna implement ciscowork as network management solution. Here is the simple topology. Each office has internet connect and use cisco router connect to central VPN concentrator. Ciscowork server will be put into the central office. My question is how let ciscowork server know the link between the remote office and their ISP is down, because the remote office only has one link to the central office?

Any suggestions?

with cisco works LMS bundle you will get DFM (device fault manager). it would poll the end office router directly and when there is loss of connectivity, it would show an unresponsive/unreachable alarm in the monitoring console
