Ciscoworks losing maps

Losing main topology map. Rebooting server brings back the map. Problem seems to have started when we isntalled the latest security patches from MS. We are running on Windows 2000 server with service pack 4.

You need to refer to the documentation and the release notes for the ACS version you are running to determine the Operating System Requirements. Many a times, latest security patches are not supported and it is recommended that you NOT upgrade your server with the latest patches immediately unless the release notes state the same.
