Hi guys,
I inserted my original compact Flash MEM-C6K-CPTFL256M on disk0 on SUP32-ge-3b. The goal is to backup the IOS on my flash.
I insert the flash:01:00:18: %FILESYS-SP-5-DEV: PCMCIA flash card inserted into disk0
but when i try to format or copy the output is:Router#format disk0:
Format operation may take a while. Continue? [confirm]
Format operation will destroy all data in "disk0:". Continue? [confirm]
%Error formatting disk0 (No such device)
Router#
and
Router#copy sup-bootdisk:s3223-ipbase_wan-mz.122-18.SXF11.bin disk0:
Destination filename [s3223-ipbase_wan-mz.122-18.SXF11.bin]?
%Error opening disk0:s3223-ipbase_wan-mz.122-18.SXF11.bin (No such device)
Which is the problem?
Thanks in advance for the support.

Do you have multiple sup engines? if yes you may have but the flash into the slave engine in that case the command would be
Router#format slavedisk0:

Hi,
I have two SUP but I'm trying with only one inserted so the active I'm sure it's the active.
It may be a problem with the size or the type of the flash card? (MEM-C6K-CPTFL256M)
