I have written 642-902 Implementing Cisco IP Routing & 642-813 Implementing Cisco IP Switched Networks. Can I write 300-135 TSHOOT and will it complete my CCNP certification.

Yes - assuming both of the following conditions are met:
1. Your 642 series exams were passed no later than three years prior to your passing the 300-135 TSHOOT exam.
2. You hold an unexpired CCNA Routing and Switching certification.

Hi,
I wrote the Tshoot exam 300-135 on 20-12-2016. In the tracking system I am getting that CCNA is re-certified but nothing about the CCNP certification completed. I am posting below the data about the exams I have written. Can anyone tell me if I am now certified CCNP and that Cisco will give me the certificate.
Dec 20, 2016 | Exam | (300-135) Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks (TSHOOT) - Passed - Reg#: 309699958 |
Dec 29, 2013 | Exam | (642-813) Implementing Cisco IP Switched Networks (SWITCH) - Passed - Reg#: 264324817 |
May 9, 2013 | Exam | (642-902) Implementing Cisco IP Routing (ROUTE) - Passed - Reg#: 257285118 |

According to your posting you passed ROUTE on May 9 2013. Since all three CCNP exams must be passed within a 3 year period, you do not meet criterion #1 I had posted above.
