Configure NAT on ESS-3300-NCP (ip nat - Unknown command)

I'd like to configure NAT on a Cisco ESS-3300-NCP rugged switch, with a "network-advantage" license.  The switch is running Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 17.04.01.

However, when in the global command, or within and Interface config if I type "ip nat ?" the return is "Unrecognized command".

Does anyone know if this is a license issue, an IOS version issue, or a bug?  The documentation I've found so far only references a Layer 2 NAT ability, but the "l2nat" command also doesn't exist.

What I need to accomplish is a simple NAT with an "ip nat inside" interface and an "ip nat outside" interface, to nat a single IP address, so it doesn't even need to overload.

If anyone can tell me how to unlock those commands, or even let me know it just isn't possible, please help.

Thanks!
