Configuring IOS 12.0

I have 805 router with IOS 12.0. I would like to configure Packet Prioritization for VoIP phone. what are the commands should I issue?

Also I have to configure a 1760 router with 2 WIC cards. 2 E1 lines are connected. I would like to aggregate the bandwidth. What are the commnads?
