I have a 1600 series router that will not boot to any prompt due to a corrupted file on the flash. Is there any way to erase the flash without getting to a prompt?
Thank you in advance for all replies!

Hi, Steve,
If you cannot get to prompt, you cannot issue any command. You have to get the flash replaced. Call our TAC at 800-553-2447 if your router is under warranty,

I thought that was the case but was hoping otherwise.
Thank you for your response and have a great weekend!
